Serves 6.

Lineup:
1 (7.5 oz.) box corn muffin mix
½ cup milk
¼ cup real maple syrup
1 teaspoon maple extract
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt


Playbook:
Preheat oven to 400. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners.

In a medium bow combine corn muffin mix, milk, maple syrup and maple extract. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Divide
batter between 6 muffins cups, sprinkle a few grains of sea salt over top of each muffin. Bake at 400 for 20
minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean.

maple syrup for sweetness and added some sea salt on top. I'm pretty pleased with them.  And when you
slather some butter on them, then I'm VERY pleased!
