Who doesn’t remember those first 14 seconds at the opening of Super Bowl XLI. When Devin has the
ball, there’s no telling what can happen and this season - with #23 at wide receiver – things could get
interesting. This chili is super easy and takes advantage of all kinds of pre-done tricks and above all –
it is fast… really fast. Most Definitely..
Level of Difficulty: It is Ridiculous(ly easy)!
2.5 lbs. ground round
1 medium onion, diced (or use 1 cup pre-cut onions from the produce section)
1 (16 oz.) can Hunt’s Manwich Sauce – Bold Style
1 (14.5 oz.) can Del-Monte diced tomatoes – Zesty Chili Style
1 (15 oz.) can Joan of Arc Spicy Chili Beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
Tabasco sauce to taste (we used 2 tablespoons for medium heat)
In a large stockpot over medium-high heat, brown the ground round with the onion. Stir in Manwich
sauce, tomatoes, beans and chili powder. Add Tabasco sauce. Cover, heat to boiling then reduce
heat and simmer for a few minutes.
